We began operations in November 2006, and have quickly become a favorite spot for lip smackin' slow smoked BBQ and handcrafted beer. We're a family operation, and have officially put the "fun" back in dysfunctional. If you're a regular, we certainly appreciate your patronage. A good friend and schoolmate, Ian Tytler, has been diagnosed with a very serious brain tumor. There has been a benefit account set up for him, to help take care of his family and his bills. Ian is a local mechanic with his own business, and as a small business owner, he doesn't have health insurance. Several benefits are currently being organized, including a car show and auction to take place at Speedway on September 21st (More information to come shortly) Donations can be made at either Lacey or Olympia South Sound Bank, under "Benefit Account for Ian Tytler"

Phil Hill, the only American born Formula One Champion passed away due to complications of Parkinson's Disease at the age of 81. Our condolences go out to his wife Alma and the rest of the Hill Family.
